At BTD.store, we operate under a decentralized, on-demand manufacturing system to provide premium
streetwear worldwide. Please read our logistical protocols carefully to understand tracking timelines and
delivery schedules.
1. PRODUCTION FULFILLMENT (FULFILLMENT WINDOW)

Because each garment is customized and printed individually upon order placement, our items are not pre-
manufactured. The processing and production phase standardly requires 2 to 5 business days before the

parcel is assigned a tracking number and dispatched by our logistics partners.
2. SHIPPING DESTINIES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We provide fully tracked international shipping services. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the
destination region:
United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Europe & United Kingdom: 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days depending on local custom clearances.
Note: These timeframes are operational estimates provided by couriers. Occasional custom inspections,
global logistical overloads, or statutory holidays may induce minor anomalies.
3. TRACKING CODES & CUSTOMS
An automated confirmation email containing an official carrier tracking link will be delivered to your
registered email address as soon as the fulfillment center hands the package to the courier.
International shipments may occasionally incur local customs import duties, tariffs, or value-added taxes
(VAT) upon entering the destination country. Any such supplementary administrative charges are the
sole legal responsibility of the recipient.
