Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our items are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size. Please check our detailed size guides on each product page carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

How to initiate a return: Please contact our support team  borntodunkstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.

Processing times: Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will process your claim within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, a replacement will be sent immediately, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information indicates that the package was lost by the carrier, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
