Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections. We strongly encourage you to review the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Claim window: All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- How to file a claim: Email us at borntodunkstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Processing time: Once your claim is verified, we will process it within 3–5 business days. Approved claims will result in a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will ship a replacement order at no charge.
