How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we care about quality and sustainability, every piece of gear is custom-made the moment you place your order. Our standard production time is 2 to 5 business days. Once your item is ready and shipped, delivery within the US typically takes another 3 to 7 business days.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your gear all the way to your door.
Do you offer returns or exchanges if my item doesn't fit?
Since all of our apparel is made to order specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse. We highly recommend checking the detailed Size Guide available on every product page before checking out to ensure the perfect fit for your game.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We stand by the quality of our drops. If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to borntodunkstore@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Our production process begins almost immediately to get your gear to you as fast as possible. If you need to change a size, update a shipping address, or cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, we cannot guarantee any changes.

We partner with top-tier printing facilities located directly in the United States. This allows us to deliver premium streetwear with fast, local shipping rates for our US customers.
